oh my...
so yesterday, it was a steady day of patients and calls. And something unexpected yet very very pleasant. A guy walks in …let me tell you….he was tall, built and BEAUTIFUL!!!! When I saw him I felt the blood rush to my face and completely abandon the legs that were keeping me standing :P shiza!!!!
